Welcome to the Law Offices of Erik E. Cary. Mr. Cary has been licensed for nearly 15 years, having graduated from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas in 1991. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1992 and began his career at the Texas Attorney General's Office. In 2000, Mr. Cary entered private practice at the law firm of Minter, Joseph and Thornhill, P.C. handling general civil litigation matters in various practice areas. In July of 2006, Mr. Cary opened his own law office and continues to practice general civil litigation, including collections, banking, bankruptcy, creditor's rights, and family law.
